"Allah will change their sins into good deeds.." (al Furqan 25:68-70)

In the Musnad of Imam Ahmed, and Sahih Muslim from the Abu Dhar radiyallahu anhu says, the Messenger of Allah (saws) said;

“I know that person well who will enter Jannah [Paradise] first and also that person who will be the last one to be taken out of Jahannam[ Hell].

On the Day of Qiyaamah [Ressurection Day] a person will be brought forward to the court of Almighty Allah. It shall be commanded that all the minor sins of that person be put forward to him and the major sins be concealed [hidden]. When the minor sins are disclosed to that person, he will accept that he had committed them, as there will be no room for refuting them. (He will begin to tremble and say in his heart that these are only the minor sins, what will happen when the major sins are exposed.)

During this happening it shall be commanded that for every sin of that person he be given the ajr (thawaab-reward) of a good deed. Upon hearing (this amazing mercy of Allah of bad deeds turning to good deeds), this person himself will say - "I still have many sins left to account for, that are not seen here.” (he hopes that even his major sins will turn into good deeds)


Abu Dhar radiyallahu anhu says, “Rasoolullah [the Messenger of Allah] sallallahu alaihe wasallam while narrating the words of that person began laughing until his blessed teeth began to show.” (The reason being that the person himself disclosed the very sins he was frightened of.)

SubhanAllah look at the greed of mankind, when this man so that the circumstance was that of forgiveness and not of punishment , he begins asking for his other sins to be brought forth… subhanAllah…

NOTE: This person most likely Repented for his sins in this life, and this is why Allah had mercy on him.

Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, for those, Allah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. [Quran Al-Furqaan 25:68-70]

"Get ready and march forth towards a Paradise as wide as the heavens and earth!"

Allah said,

[يَـأَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ حَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَى الْقِتَالِ]

(O Prophet! Urge the believers to fight), encouraged and called them to fight. The Messenger of Allah used to encourage the Companions to fight when they faced the enemy.

On the day of Badr when the idolators came with their forces and supplies, he said to his Companions,

«قُومُوا إِلَى جَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا السَّمَوَاتُ وَالْأَرْض»

(Get ready and march forth towards a Paradise as wide as the heavens and earth.)

`Umayr bin Al-Humam said, "As wide as the heavens and earth'' The Messenger said,

«نَعَم»

(Yes) `Umayr said, "Excellent! Excellent!'' The Messenger asked him,

«مَا يَحْمِلُكَ عَلَى قَوْلِكَ: بَخٍ بَخ»

(What makes you say, `Excellent! Excellent!') He said, "The hope that I might be one of its dwellers.'' The Prophet said,

«فَإِنَّكَ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا»

(You are one of its people.) Umayr went ahead, broke the scabbard of his sword, took some dates and started eating from them. He then threw the dates from his hand, saying, "Verily, if I lived until I finished eating these dates, then it is indeed a long life.'' He went ahead, fought and was killed, may Allah be pleased with him.
